Shipping Cost Overview
We reliably ship your orders within Germany with Deutsche Post DHL and also offer international shipping. Here you will find all the important information about our shipping costs and conditions. All prices are gross prices, i.e., they include the statutory VAT.
1. Shipping within Germany
The following shipping costs apply for deliveries within Germany:
- Order value under 8 €: Shipping as a letter for 2.99 € (Only for items that can be shipped as a letter.)
- Order value between 8 € and 40 €: Flat shipping fee of 3.99 €
- Order value over 40 €: Free shipping
Note: We currently do not offer express shipping.
2. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. The costs depend on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. For smaller orders under 20 €, which qualify for letter shipping, reduced prices apply. Here is an overview:

Note: Letter shipping is only available for smaller items that meet certain weight and size restrictions and is not available for all countries. You can conveniently calculate the exact shipping costs using our Shipping Cost Calculator in the shop.
We currently do not offer express shipping internationally either, but we generally ship internationally as Priority.
3. Delivery Times
The delivery times depend on product availability and are displayed in the shopping cart.
- Standard Shipping Germany: approx.1–3 business days.
- International Shipping: see table above.
Note: We currently do not offer express shipping.
If an item is not immediately available, delivery will be delayed accordingly. In this case, we will inform you of the expected delivery date.
If you wish to receive a partial delivery, you must split your shopping cart according to product availability and place two separate orders.
4. Trackability
If available, you will be provided with a tracking number via email after shipment.
5. Returns
Returns are easily possible within the withdrawal period. However, for both domestic and international orders, you will bear the return costs yourself.
